The covered porch offers and additional 1000 sq ft of excellent usable space protected from the elements.
A large animal enclosure and barn are also available on the property if you are traveling with animals or would like
to have a petting zoo or farm animals as part of your event.
Inside our newly renovated home you will find a 20' long live edge dining table which seats 18-20 with matching 2 tier
counter which can serve as breakfast bar our buffet counter.
The large functional kitchen also has a 3x8 movable (mobile) island offerning more work, serving or eating space.
2 refrigerators are available for your use as well as a very large food pantry.
The 5 bedrooms are furnished with 4 single beds as well as multiple single and double bunk beds able to accomadate 16 guests.
There are 3 full bathrooms with tubs and showers as well as 1 powder / laundry room.
Our unique mezzanine is furnished with 2 computers and a comfy couch for those looking for a quiet space to read or a
private nook to meditate.
The 500 sq ft yoga room can double as a confrence room or transformed into a disco or Kareoke lounge.
Bringing the little ones?? Pack the sleeping bags and favorite pj's and use this space to create the most memorable sleep over.
With additional fee you can have a 1 hour visit at our sister property 1 mile away where you can see our herd of alpacas, feed our friendly donkey,
visit our duck pond and watch our flock of free range chickens wander around.
?** You can also discover the sapelo river in our kayaks, launched off the dock on our property

Guest access
Guest had access the the entire house.
There is a large concrete patio where you can sit or grill.
There is parking for a half dozen cars.
The land around the house is still being landscaped and is not really useable.
