Inviting, laid back, 1950's beach cottage located one block from the beach.
3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath with additional exterior shower.
Well equipped kitchen with open living space.
Guests will enjoy our stunning shared fenced-in yard with inground pool, putting green and firepit.
Hop on a bike or take a short walk to the Pier or St Simon Village.
The perfect location for a family vacation.
The adjoining unit can also be rented for larger groups.

The space
On the ground floor you will find a small, well equipped and functional kitchen. Bright, open living space with fireplace and powder room . On the second floor you have 3 bedrooms of good dimensions and the main bathroom. All rooms are bright, clean, tastefully decorated and air conditioned.

The newly renovated yard boasts a small inground pool for a refreshing dip, a unique putting green with sand trap, as well as generous seating areas to lounge and a firepit

You have your private grill and an exterior shower on the side of the house as well as access to the shared laundry room located at the back of the house with access from the yard.

Guest access
You have access to your own parking on the left side of the house with private entrance located on the front of the house.
Guest booking at the Big Peach on the Beach share the yard and pool with Little Peach on the Beach (when rented). You have access to your own BBQ grill located on the left side of the house as well beach chairs and beach carts located in the shed.
Dogs are welcome. The Pet fee is per pet. We do not allow cats.

Other things to note
This unit is attached to the Little Peach which accommodates 4-6
It is possible to rent the 2 units for family reunions where you will have ample space to gather together and enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer.

Live, laugh, love... but most of all make memories!

Keep in mind this is a BEACH cottage built in the 50's.
It is not fully renovated but very well kept.
Dogs are welcome. The Pet fee is per pet. We do not allow cats.

    I am a Montreal native with an international perspective shaped by a lifetime of travel, service, and dedication to hospitality. As the spouse of a United States military service member, I have had the privilege of living in diverse communities and embracing new cultures. Fluent in English, French, and Italian, I value meaningful connections and the ability to make every guest and client feel genuinely welcomed.

    My travels to more than 50 countries, along with my experience in the cruise line industry, have cultivated my appreciation for elevated service, attention to detail, and thoughtful presentation. Over the years, I have proudly called Montreal, Florida, California, and Georgia home, each chapter enriching my understanding of people, lifestyle, and community.

    Since 1995, I have been committed to creating exceptional hospitality experiences. I have owned and operated bed and breakfast establishments and continue to own rental properties in Montreal and throughout Georgia.
