Welcome to The Little Peach🍑, a beautifully preserved 1950s attached home that's just a stone's throw (a 3-minute walk! 👣) from the stunning St. Simons Beach. This cozy retreat is perfectly suited for couples or small families looking for a quaint, bright, and amenity rich coastal getaway. While it embraces its vintage charm with original hardwood floors and wood-beamed ceilings, you'll find all you need for a memorable stay! Shared Yard and pool! The space
Our charming 1950s cottage offers a compact yet incredibly functional layout:

🍳 Kitchen: Small but fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.
🛏️ Master Bedroom: Features a King bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite full bathroom.
🛌 Second Bedroom: Equipped with a bunk bed (double/single).
🚽 Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms.
🧺 Laundry: Private laundry facilities in the second bathroom.
3 More bedrooms & 1.5 baths in our larger unit ( attached house) .
💤 Sleeping Capacity: Comfortably sleeps 4 (2 adults, 2 small kids), with a Queen sofa bed in the living room for up to 6 guests total.
💖 Comfort & Charm: Air-conditioned, clean, and decorated with a 1950s beach vibe, including original hardwood floors and wood beams

🌳 Outdoor Oasis (Shared Yard)
Step outside to our newly renovated outdoor space, a true highlight of The Little Peach, designed for relaxation and fun. This incredible area is shared with guests from The Big Peach (our attached larger unit) and features:

⛳ Unique Putting Green with Sand Trap: Practice your golf skills right at home!
🔥 Fire Pit: Cozy evenings under the stars.

Guest Access
Guests will have convenient access to the property and shared amenities:

➡️ Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards.
⬅️ Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp.
🔄 Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Available upon request and subject to availability. Please inquire beforehand.
🚪 Private Entrance: Enjoy your own private entrance to The Little Peach.
🅿️ Dedicated Parking: Parking is available on the right side of the house, next to your entrance door.
🏊‍♀️ Communal Outdoor Space: You'll have shared access to the fantastic outdoor oasis, including the pool, golf green, fire pit, grill (located on the side of the house), and various seating areas.
🏖️🛒 Beach Gear: Feel free to use the shared beach chairs and beach carts located in the shed for easy beach trips.
🧼 Laundry Room: The laundry room is located within your second bathroom; please bring your own detergent.

🐾 Pet Policy
We're happy to welcome furry family members to The Little Peach, with a few important guidelines:

🐶 Dogs Only: We welcome dogs, but no cats, please 🚫🐈.
🚫🛋️ No Furniture: Please ensure your furry friends stay off the furniture. A $150 cleaning fee will apply for any excess pet hair found on furniture or beds.
💲 Pet Fee: A per-pet fee applies. Please confirm details when booking.
🚫 Breed Restriction: To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, and due to the shared nature of the yard, we are unable to accommodate pit bull mixes. We appreciate your understanding.
💬 Prior Notification: Please contact us prior to booking with your pet's details to ensure everything is a good fit.

📋 House Rules
We want all our guests to have a wonderful and respectful stay at The Little Peach. Please take a moment to review our house rules:

🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️ Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please ensure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate, as no undeclared extra guests are permitted.
🚭 Smoking: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed inside the property. Smoking only allowed in the front area of the property!
🎉🚫 Parties & Events: This property is for quiet enjoyment only; no parties or events are permitted.
🤫 Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours from 12 AM to 7 AM.
💡 Property Care: We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect. Please report any damages or issues promptly. Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and the AC/heating when leaving the property.
🗓️ Booking Requirements: A three-night minimum stay applies during long weekends, spring break, summer weekends, and holidays.
🚽 Plumbing Care: Absolutely no wipes or female products should be flushed down the toilet. A $200 fee will apply for any plumbing blockages caused by these items.
