The space
Our lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom A-frame house offers comfort and stunning views:

🛋️ Living & Dining: A bright, good-sized living room boasts an amazing view of the marsh. There's a large eat-in kitchen with the same fantastic marsh view, and a cozy wood stove for those chilly winter nights.
🍳 Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee machine, percolator, and French press, ensuring you have everything needed to enjoy your stay.
🛏️ Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. The main bedroom features a private bathroom with a shower.
🌅 Second Floor Balcony: Wake up to the wonderful view of the marsh from the second-floor balcony, accessible directly from the main bedroom.
☀️ Sunroom: Enjoy your morning coffee or gather on a rainy day in the inviting sunroom, offering delightful marsh views.
🚽 Bathrooms: One bathroom with a tub is on the main floor, and the second bathroom with a shower is in the main bedroom on the second floor.
💖 Comfort & Charm: This charming A-frame house offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere for your relaxation.

🔥 Fire Pit & Grill: There's tons of exterior space to play all day, then gather around the outdoor fire pit (with ample seating) and use the charcoal grill to end your day the perfect way!
🛶 Kayaking: Come kayak on our tidal creek – kayaks are included for your use!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property and its private amenities:

➡️ Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards.
⬅️ Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp.
🔄 Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Available upon request and subject to availability. Please inquire beforehand.
🏡 Entire Property: Guests have full access to the entire home and its surrounding grounds.
🛶 Private Boardwalk & Dock: Enjoy your private boardwalk and floating dock.
🚣 Free Kayaks: Use of complimentary kayaks is available.
🔥 Private Fire Pit & BBQ: Access to your private fire pit and charcoal grill.
🧺 Laundry Room: The laundry room is conveniently located in a separate outdoor building.

🐾 Pet Policy
We're happy to welcome certain friendly pets to our property, with a few important guidelines:

🐶 Dogs Only: We welcome dogs, but no cats, please 🚫🐈.
🚫🛋️ No Furniture: Please ensure your furry friends stay off the furniture or beds. A $150 cleaning fee will apply for any excess pet hair found on furniture or beds.
💲 Pet Fee: A per-pet fee applies.
💬 Prior Notification: Please contact us prior to booking with your pet's details to ensure everything is a good fit and for details on pet fees.

Other things to note
We want all our guests to have a wonderful and respectful stay at Paradise on the Marsh. Please take a moment to review our house rules:

🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️ Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please ensure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate, as no undeclared extra guests are permitted.
🚭 Smoking: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed inside the house or sunroom.
🎉Parties & Events: No parties or events are permitted unless prior permission is obtained before hand.
🤫 Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
💡 Property Care: We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect and report any damages or issues promptly. Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and the AC/heating when leaving the property.
🗓️ Booking Requirements: A three-night minimum stay applies during long weekends, spring break, summer weekends, and holidays.
🚽 Plumbing Care: Absolutely no wipes or female products should be flushed down the toilet. A $200 fee will apply for any plumbing blockages caused by these items.
